All information with regards to payments is solely managed through paypal . No information is passed or ever will be passed to any other person or company. All emails are deleted from our systems after 28 days after delivery. A record of your email my be stored longer as per paypal policies. You will never be asked for any details via the phone. |

· RETURN POLICY: · It is A MUST to contact us before returning the item(s). Return without my approval will not be processed. · All returns must be made with the SAME items in brand new condition within 7 days of arrival. We reject all USED/ OPENED items for return. · The maximum acceptance date is 14 days upon arrival, with proper authorization; However, returns which exceeds 7 days return policy are subject to a 30% restocking fee. Returns which within 7 days are subject to a 20% restocking fee. · Refund through the ORIGIONAL PAYMENT METHOD which buyer is used. · Shipping & handling charges CANNOT BE REFUNDED in anyway. · All defective items will be replaced with brand new items. Can't change to any other item, unless the item is no longer available.
